In the summer of '96, I started working as a consultant / freelancer offering graphic arts, marketing & web design services. Later on, branded my own business as Lonzo Designs, focusing on brand identity & web development.
I’ve worked for a big tech companies as a web developer, graphic designer, marketing manager and team builder at Cisco Systems, Inc.; in the MWG: Mobile Wireless Group, later lead the Cisco News website project. My work included Motorola joint projects. Later lead the way with the eBay Tools rollout. Through the years of learning & growing, I started to understand the importance of process planning and lead teams with go live strategies. I still, carry process planning with me today at Lonzo Designs!
Joan Lonzo
Started out as a graphic artist / cartoonist (pen & ink) at the age of 18 and published over 300+ cartoons and comic strips nationwide. I was mentioned as an "inspiring cartoonist" by the Santa Clara American Newspaper.
